3 Magic Ingredients in One Great Remedy

2 liters filtered water
Fresh ginger root (3-4 centimeters)
4 large garlic bulbs
4 lemons, unpeeled

Instructions:

Wash and slice the lemons. Separate the garlic cloves and peel them. Peel the ginger and cut a piece three or four centimeters long. Blend the three ingredients together.

Add the two liters of water to the blended mixture, and bring it to a boil while stirring continuously. Remove the mixture from the stove and let it cool. Finally, strain the mixture and put it into glass bottles.

Enjoy this remedy on a daily basis. Drink it in the morning before breakfast, or two hours before a meal. Shake well before using. The strong odor of the garlic is neutralized by the lemon, the dilution in water and the cooking process.
